What the forms collect

Subscribing sends your email address to Kit, the newsletter service I use. The agent-loop waitlist also sends which plan you use and, if you answer it, what you are building.

Why

To email you new posts, or for the waitlist, to tell you when the agent-loop kit launches and to understand who wants it. The legal basis is your consent: you give it by subscribing and confirming the email Kit sends you.

Who processes it

Kit stores the list and sends the emails on my behalf. See Kit's privacy policy. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.

Cloudflare hosts this site, so it processes your IP address to serve the pages. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Kit and Cloudflare are companies based in the United States, so your data may be processed there. Each describes how it protects data transferred from the EU in its privacy policy.

How long, and your rights

Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct, or delete what is stored about you, email me. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Hungary that is the NAIH.

Analytics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.
